I am an MBA graduate basically from Cochin.Started learning Kalari when I was 13 years old. Now practising on my own. I started boxing in the year 2013. Was Ernakulam district champion in the year 2014 for inter club boxing championship.
I will be providing classes for fitness and self defence. The combination of both will also be provided to make you tough enough both mentally an physically.The combination of Kalari and boxing can also be given.

Each martial arts has its own unique features. There is nothing like the best among them. And any martial arts can be mastered by females too. But if you are looking for self defence boxing would be great. Cause boxing gives you that courage to take hits and keep going. I have trained in both boxing as well as Kalaripayattu. Kalari is awesome. Boxing is offensive . Trust me in this one girls, you need to be offensive to avoid offences from bad guys.
