Pradeep

My teaching interests are all areas of Chemistry. I will try to make chemistry as simple, exciting subject to learn by using a variety of methods to engage students as actively as possible. I will make it possible using classroom lectures, independent projects, a small group of problem solving and questions throughout a conference. As a teacher, I am responsible to assess students needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly. I believe communication must be bidirectional to be genuinely useful. This requires that students realise they are part of the learning process and I will make them comfortable enough to express both intellectual leaps and lack of understanding. Teaching is essential to me as a way of giving back to the greater community. I view teaching as part of my own learning experience and expect that my contributions will have an impact on my students in the conduct of their lives. I consider this as a sacred trust and opportunity that I will continue to work on improving throughout my life.
