Key Contributions:
- As the HoD of Chinese Department at Army Education College commended for revising and formulating a strategy, Doctrine of Teaching a Foreign Language on methodology of teaching Chinese language to the personnel of defence forces.
- Instrumental in translation of Chinese texts for the book Recollection of the Sela Bomdila Debacle 1962 authored by Maj Gen Jaidev Singh Dutta (Retd) which is the first Indian book containing the English translation of the war details as written by China.
- As Chief Coordinator and head formulated, structured and conducted Six Monthly Certificate Courses in Mandarin for the personnel of Tri-services under the certification of Tejpur University, ASSAM.
