I have not involved in organised coaching as I am still serving. I have coached students who have approached me informally. I have taken on the responsibility and helped them out by providing relevant material and guidance on how to attempt he paper. The students have performed fairly well and also have given the feedback that they found the guidance very helpful.

I have 5 years experience in the evaluating the personality of candidates and shortlisting those found suitable for induction in the Officer Cadre in IAF. I am well versed in the pilot aptitude test PABT conducted in the Selection centre. I was the President of the Air Force Selection Board at Mysore and have conducted large number of Interviews towards candidates personality evaluation. Being the president of the board i had the privilege of being exposed to other selection techniques employed and have a complete understanding of the selection methodology. I have also been member of the think tank working on identifying the shortcomings of the selection system and suggesting measures to make it more relevant and effective. I have also informally coached students in the SSB tests and in the UPSC as well as AFCAT exams. I am personally very satisfied that the success rate has been as high as 70%.
