I have been teaching these since 1990 and have helped many students who had not been doing well academically to become excellent students who knew how to study effectively and efficiently with minimal or no stress. It is ignorance that creates fear. Most students (& teachers!) are ignorant of :- ~ their own reading speed, ~ of how their memory works, ~ of how Mind Maps can be memorized ~ of how to best plan and then implement Time usage (while studying and when in that dreaded Exam Hall!) ~ of physical obstacles to studying such as breathing, lighting, posture ~ & of how to fully relax and rest the mind during short breaks. We walk them through all these skills in a journey of self discovery and give them the knowledge to conduct experiments that will help them OBSERVE how our Mind and the passing of Time play tricks on us, keeping us always apparently busy yet always in anxiety and not very sure How To Study! And we hope to inspire students to implement all these new skills and make them lifelong habits to add quality and Time to their lives!
