Divide your day into four parts, namely:
1. HABITS: Think about your lifestyle and what changes you need to make. E.g. Spending less time in social media, Various Practices to Maintain your health [Exercising, taking good care of hair, skin by using Ayurvedic Herbs, Developing your immune system, Increasing Metabolism, Practice Oil Pulling, Everyday Meditation/ Visualization, Getting rid of Procrastination, smoking/ drinking habits (if any), Reducing Sleeping time to 6 Hrs. Max]
2. PERSONALITY: Think about what changes you wish to make to your personality. Developing some personality traits such as having a good sense of humour, having a calm, confident and a mature attitude, having an interactive personality, being the centre of attraction in your social circles, tricking your mind into believing yourself to be an inverse paranoid will help you be the best in every area of life.
3. CAREER: This is a section where everyone has different goals and different paths. You have to think about this by yourself and start working on it. Always keep in mind that whatever you do, pursue it with a winner's attitude. It doesn't matter if you fail. Don't be afraid of failure. Be afraid of not giving your best. Make sure you are satisfied with your daily routine before you sleep.
4. EXPLORE/BROWSE/DEVELOP: Have a habit of Reading anything of your choice for at least an hour a day. Other than that, be well informed about things happening in your country, world, current affairs, etc. Read articles of your interest.
Other than that, have a habit of watching or reading about different successful personalities, Sports, various businesses, Movies, Web series, etc. On OTT's like Netflix and Amazon Prime, there are tons of shows which are incredible and go unnoticed by people. There are a lot of shows other than the popular ones which can help you know and learn about various conspiracy theories, the science behind multiple phenomenons of the world, cuisines around the world, and a whole lot of things.
Make a practice of writing and improving your vocabulary. You can maintain your diary for that purpose. Also, if you are interested in developing your Vocabulary skills, keep a book in which you can pen down all the new words/ phrases that come along your way while reading or watching movies.
Make a list of skills that fascinates you and start working on it by joining its online/offline classes.
Make a list of all the people who have been your friends at some point in time in your life. Contact them one by one and relish your memories.
Also, start making new contacts. Join social clubs such as JCI, AIESEC, etc. Your personality gets developed if you are in touch with people who are better than you.
All these things won't get developed in a day. Give it time. You won't be able to accomplish all these things in 24 hrs. So, set your priorities before starting.
5-sec rule: Initially, your mind will resist new habits. To overcome that, you must follow the 5 second Rule. It says that as soon as you think of doing any job, you must start working on it within 5 seconds. Because as time passes, your mind will come up with excuses and you shall procrastinate.
The 21-day rule: This is a very famous and proven technique. Whatever may be your goal, if you want to cultivate a habit/change a mindset, you should force yourself to follow it for 21 days, and it will become your permanent habit for your entire life.
Be Prepared Physically and Mentally to outwork yourself in anything you do.
Give yourself some time to enlist different qualities into these four segments. You might not be able to pen down all the things in one sitting.
