Sameer Sathe

I completed my B.E. in Chemical Engineering in 1991 at Pune University. And I pursued my MBA in marketing in 2014 from ICFAI. Currently, I’m pursuing a doctorate. I am also a certified Trainer by NABET & SQA. I have worked in the corporate for over two decades, garnering extensive marketing experience. I have also worked as an interview panellist. I have started training in Engineering and management students and professions exclusively for the last ten years. I have seen exponential growth and received overwhelming feedback about my courses.

While working in the corporate, I have seen the professionals, especially the freshers, need to gain the additional required skills. And this became my motivation to start training and to enhance their skills. I began training professionals in 2012, garnering a decade of experience in teaching. I conduct my classes offline and online. Group and individual classes are available according to the requirements and the student's comfort. My courses cater to two categories of trainees; Upgradation of skills in Management and engineering students and Corporate training in the field of sales and marketing. I provide training for areas like:

courses covering multiple topics, including Resume preparation, Interview
preparation with Mock interviews, Job search methods, Career
management etc.

2. Sales & Marketing Training & Coaching for corporate, MSME &
individual Sales & Marketing professionals

3. Sales Monitoring exclusively for MSME.


My classes are systematically planned to cater to the needs of every trainee. The skeleton of the programme is similar, but the inputs are customised services for every client. Usually, the requirements of freshers are different from those of working professionals. Also, individual needs are different, so we discuss them before designing the course and fulfilling the needs. I believe in the “three Es,” i.e. Education, Experience and Exposure. A trainer should have the three Es to train the students successfully. And I possess three Es in Management and Engineering field. My extensive experience comes into play in guiding the students.

My course is beneficial in enhancing the trainee's skills and performance, which in turn helps improve the company's performance as a whole. These courses offer three significant benefits, an increase in employability, corporate readiness & successful professional career. I often use Powerpoint presentations in training. As per the topics, the course materials are provided to the students. A certificate is also offered to the students after completing the course. I often correlate my experience in training, making the sessions one of a kind.
