I am seeking a fulfilling and engaging position that allows me to work closely with children who have special needs. By actively participating in such a role, I am eager to broaden my knowledge base and enhance my understanding of the unique challenges and strategies involved in working with children with special needs.

I have had the opportunity to work closely with children on the Autism Spectrum, where I have actively engaged in various aspects of their development. This included designing behavior modification plans to address specific challenges and facilitate positive changes. I also conducted both group sessions, fostering social interaction and skill-building, as well as one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEP) to ensure personalized educational goals and support for each child.
