Being passionate about teaching made me explore the subject area of knowledge in Mathematics and English. While exploring the subject I trained myself in creating
resources and preparing lesson content in an easy and understandable way for the students. Designed integrated lesson plans which made difficult concepts easy to understand. I'm experienced in teaching using the 5E model. In my previous job, as an Assistant- Coordinator, I was responsible for managing the staff i.e. allotting substitution duties in case of absence of any teacher, making necessary corrections in teaching plans, cross-verification of teachers' notes as well as student copies. My responsibilities also included observation of classes and providing necessary
feedback to the teacher as well as the Head of the institute. As an Assistant
Coordinator, my responsibilities also include portraying the role of counselor for my students, which included helping them with emotional setbacks, planning schedules related to academics, and managing time.
