    • Sit/stand straight, place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen.
    • Inhale through your nose, expanding your abdomen, hold for 4 counts, then exhale for 4 counts. Repeat 10 times.
  2. Controlled Exhalation:

    • Inhale deeply and exhale with a 'ssss' sound, aiming for 8-16 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
  3. Lip Trills:

    • Inhale deeply, exhale with vibrating lips ('brrrr'), varying pitch. Do for 5 minutes.
  4. Breath Control:

    • Inhale deeply, exhale while counting aloud, increasing the count each time. Repeat 5 times.
  5. Cool Down:

    • Inhale slowly, exhale with a relaxed 'ah' sound. Repeat 5 times.
