Any age is good for music as long as you want to do it & have the time to practise. Then the music becomes a habit.

Yes, there is no learning age; though you have started now, it's not late. It would help if you focused on whatever is taught by your music teacher and also must do 'Riyaz' every day. Then you will see many good changes in your voice.
