Today's exercise is related to hand wrist arm & shoulder.
Number one hand clinching. So take your hand straight like you have piston in both hands. Now open your fist inhale deeply & now close your palm. Make a fist like you are squeezing something & exhale. Again open fist inhale deeply & again close palm make fist exhale.
Next, wrist bending & wrist rotation after that Elbow bending.
In elbow bending hand is straight at the starting. Now bend elbow exhale again breath in hand straight exhale elbow bend.
