While practising pranayama with Bandas & Kunbhaka, when Pranvayu enters Susumana Nadi, Shakti chakra awakens in our body. First is Muladhara Chakra, then go upside to the Gyan Chakra, situated in our forehead. It means the awakening of all Shakti chakra called Kundalini Jagran.
I read it from traditional texts. Till this time, I have not felt this Kundalini awakening.
As I read, before awakening Kundalini our body must be ready to accept this power. So before this, we must practice the cleansing process, asana, pranayama and mudras as mentioned in tradition.
