Advance Excel

"I want everyone to know about my experience with this institution before joining for any course. It is one of top rated institute because of paid promotions and paid reviews. You see only good reviews at the top and believe that is true. Unfortunately it is sad that we all fell into the hands of the greedy money looters. I joined for English intermediate course and Advance Excel course. Mr. Baba Jan was my consultant and he convinced me to pay the entire course fee before the class commenced. He fills everything in the Admission Form other than our Name and Address, i never had a chance to read the form. He either not mentioned about the non refund policy nor the installment payment options. Instead he was hungry in collecting the entire course fees on the day of enquiry. Mr. Baba Jan have promised to start my Excel classes in the first week of June 2022. But till date the Management couldn't arrange the Faculty. When i asked for the refund they started saying excuses and gave false promises. The Director of the Institute Ms. Madavi is least bothered about the issues of the students and never showed patience to listen to me. She was arrogant when i said my issues and asked for the refund as the classes have not started after a month i have joined. She said " Do whatever you can do." These cheaters shouldn't be left free like this. They will spoil many others future and eat their hard-earned money. "

"The academic staff are really creative and helpful. But the administrative staff doesn't co-operate with you at all. Last 1 year they are making me wait only to get a certificate. I have made so many attempts to get the certificate but all in vain. Every time they keeps on making excuses and makes me wait. This is so not justified. As a student of this academy I am harassed time and again. At the time of starting the course they were after me to get the course fees but when it came to deliver services, they are the biggest excuse maker. "
