You will learn to make fresh sandwich bread, burger buns and brownie.
You will learn how to knead the dough perfectly for bread to get a soft texture, how to tell when your bread is ready for baking.
You will also learn how to mix cake batters to get just the right texture.
This course can be done online also. The student will have to keep ingredients ready, and we will bake together.
