"Mr Raj is an experienced trainer with ample knowledge of fitness one can have for a person like me who never thought of diet and exercise! He gives us online training 6days a week in this pandemic situation which helps to keep ourselves on the fitness tracking.His training is just perfect as he guides us all through the process with the knowledge of what are do's and don'ts during each exercise which makes the sessions outstanding, I have a diet plan given by him and he is always in touch with me as of what are my intakes for the day On a daily basis. He makes sure I don't go out of my diet track which I usually do as I'm very foodie person and he makes sure he brings me back on track.
