"I was a student of Ms. Purbasa Pramanik in my 11th and 12th grade. I am very grateful to have learned economics from her. I believe that fundamental understanding and basics are essential for learning any subject. Which is why I believe that ma’am’s teaching has had a positive impact on me and has helped me understand my concepts in a very thorough way. She has a very systematic, detailed approach and makes the concepts seem much easier. She gives us real life examples which helps us apply the subject in our everyday life, and her practical teaching of the subject gives a deeper understanding and reality. She keeps the lessons interactive and lively. She gave me topic-wise assessments on a regular basis which kept me in touch and interested in economics. She guided me and helped me realised my strengths and weaknesses in economics, and tutored me to improve accordingly. She provided me with syllabus-specific notes which were crisp and useful for learning and revising concepts before and during exams. She is a very kind and approachable teacher, to whom you can ask any doubt and will make sure to clear it! If not for her guidance, I would not have been able to reach my full potential, nor find my true interest for economics. "

"Words aren’t enough to express how grateful I am to Purbasa ma’am. She is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She taught me Economics for a year (12th) and it made me LIKE the subject I’d come to absolutely hate in 11TH. She teaches patiently and doesn’t ever get angry even if you keep asking similar doubts. The wonderful slides and notes that she makes help you understand the subject really well. She teaches these complex macro eco concepts so distinctly that once you’ve understood it, it stays in your head for a long time. She always has tests ready and gives homework which is easy to do. And if we don’t submit the homework on time, she doesn’t get mad :) The only reason I managed to pass and get GOOD marks in economics is because of her. Thank you ma’am. "
