How to insert the list View data to database SQL using C# windows form?

Loop through each item and insert one at a time if you need separate rows for each item. Else, concatenate as a string into a single column in the database table. Also, it depends on how you want to store data.

I have asp.net project with sql connection.I want connect database with asp.net and run the project and web config file there

The connection string can be placed in web.config/ app.config file or other places. However, the connection to the database can be in three different ways. You can do .Net, entity framework code first and entity framework database first.

Since you already know an interpreted language (Python), you may want to gain expertise in a native language as well. I would suggest learning .net.
