Where can I write the JavaScript code in Angular 7?

Dear chandra, TypeScript is preferred and most widely used for Angular 2 and 2+. Better go with TypeScript rather than JavaScript.

C# is basically a programming language, built by MicroSoft. It can be compared with Java in terms of programming language. It is easy to learn, object oriented, part of microsoft's Dot Net.

What is the best way to save my angular project in the cloud?

It is recommended to use a source control tool. For example, GIT, most popular free and open source tool. If you just want to save in cloud, create a folder in your Google drive and paste your project code.
