I practice yogasanas and also teach Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation techniques for over 12 years and I follow Sivananda school of Yoga where I had obtained my Yoga Ratna title.
Chess coaching is also included in my teaching work.
My students include school and college boys and girls, Office going men and women, and House wives.
There is no age limit for my students; either they come to my coaching center at my house in Srinagar colony near Raj Bhavan ( Chennai )or I visit the students at their house
Instructions are given in Tamil as well as English.
Online classes also, are conducted for English speaking courses and assistance offered to students to speak in English; if needed by such students, contact classes would be arranged.

My teaching includes basic grammar and spoken Tamil; in grammar, only basics that are required to speak the language will be covered. Each student will be given special attention and encouraged to talk in Tamil. The instructions and the meanings of words and sentences of Tamil will be well explained in detail through English. The students will be made to understand the English equivalent of Tamil words and by practice, they would be in a position to converse in Tamil.
