FITNESS VS HEALTH
Let's take an example:
If a 100-meter runner is asked to run 400 meters, he might not perform that task, which means he is not fit for that task, but it doesn't mean that he is not healthy.
When we talk about fitness, we generally refer to the physical appearance or the ability of a person to respond to a particular task or situation.
BUT HEALTH is a broad concept; it is not dependant on a person's physical appearance. A person may not look fit, but that doesn't mean he/she is not healthy.
a Sumo wrestler looks unfit compared to a fitness model, but that doesn't mean the wrestler is not healthy. Health is about overall wellbeing, including many aspects of life, even the emotions and thoughts of a person towards different things.
Overall, a physically fit body is the product of Good Health.!!
