Speaking English or any other language for that matter only needs more and more exposure to the language.
Hence, all you need to do is incorporate this language into your routine. Listen, read and speak more in English. If you have got the company to practice, that's the best solution. However, if not, you can be your own company. Practice on your own. Try out different conversations and watch English movies/series as they are entertaining, informative, and handy for developing your command of the English language.
So Tanavee, go ahead, explore and use English every day. Speech fluency is an outcome of daily practice.
