Fitness is not only a word. It is a part of our life. Let's take an example. In this pandemic of the corona, people who are fit means they don't have any blood pressure, diabetes etc. are less prone to corona because they have updated their immune system to a different level.
Most people assume they can remain fit when they go to the gym. But that's misguiding.
People can remain fit by home workout also, and most importantly. Exercise too is not necessary as DIET plays a vital role in fitness. So fitness can be defined in many ways.
Most people think as having a shape in the body like bodybuilders are fitness. Some think not having fat is fitness.
Fitness is a very vast topic, having many definitions.
