Try practicing English at home and with friends as much as you can. Make a promise to yourself that you won't use any other language for a month. Also, don't watch or listen to anything in other languages for that month. Instead, replace them with English movies and songs. Detox your language for a month ;) following that strictly would make you think, walk and talk in English. :D
Also while watching anything, try to read the subtitles along with it. Reading your favorite books aloud, for an hour a day, helps too.
Best of luck!

Make a pact with friends and family of talking only in English for a month. for every word in a language other than English, the speaker will own the listener 10 bucks. You can keep a box for defaulters in your dining hall for the family. When you speak to others only in English for a month you start to speak to yourself in English too. That's a fun way to boost your confidence. Other classic ways are reading your favorite English books aloud for an hour daily. Also watching English movies and tv series and reading the subtitles simultaneously with the actor/actress helps to boost your confidence while speaking in English with others. All the best :)
