"Mam is great yoga teacher and has lot of expertise in yoga, has taught lot of kriyas, pranayama, meditation, asanas in one month itself, Has taught each techniques with professional standards by simplifying step by step to easily understand and practice daily with detailed relevant information. Taught at early morning 4am,Mam is spiritual person and taught me according to my issues like stress, anxiety, worries. I was having backache, feetpain, heavyness at head,due to sukshma kriyas became normal. Has good communication skills in English also to understand clearly. Also,fees has been very reasonable, with less fees there wouldn't be any yoga teacher as well. Would recommend mam as qualified yoga tutor to anyone who wants to learn and practice yoga daily for their difficulties. "

.Yam Niyam Asan pranayam pratyahar dharna Dhyan Samadhi
After knowing all 8 part of yog than only we can understand the meaning of meditation and can reach at this stage -Pratyahar -Dharna-Dhyan and with these 3 we can gradually focus on breathing ourselves at silence
