Short and clear: Practice the NCERT problems and also through some reference book.
Main and important thing to do: just revise what has been done in school or tuition classes , regularly. Just do everything handwritten again at least once.

First of all if you have a fear of speaking wrong English initially then blow it off your mind. Then start reading newspapers and books because by doing so you get familiar with correct English. Know the pronnunciations of words that you learn either from a good dictionary or google. Watch English movies with subtitles( if required) and listen to English songs and try to sing with them( not just hum). And always follow British English because that is where it came from. And the last thing you have to do is make a deal with a person ( friend or a family member, who has a good hold over it) to always have a conversation in English between both of you and ask him to correct everytime you speak wrong( do not ever feel hesitated or dejected even in front of anyone rather thank him for correcting him and repeating the same again).
