"Very unprofessional people. Don't know how they are surviving in market. Took 2000 in advance and then Didn't do anything. Did not acknowledge the mail and kept on promising that the website will be developed within a week. They don't know how to talk with clients and try to blame you instead. We were a little sceptical if they would return our money but thankfully they did. It's an advise to not to get your web solution services from this company else you may not get your money back which they ask from you as advance. They just don't have basic knowledge About web solution they boast about and I was given a ready-made website theme in the name of design of my website which was nowhere near to what I had asked for. It's a waste of time more than money. You wait for them to deliver but they don't care and now I am left with no other option but to search for some other company for the same job. "

"Worst service by Sara Web Solution. Frauds sitting together to Deceive customers. Take the money in advance, and don't show up or respond back. Pathetic company to think for!! Don't have basic business etiquette to talk to clients. They didn't complete a website in 3 months and now. Despite of sending the whole content to them including text & graphics and designing the logo myself, their web designer commits ridiculous mistakes and enters wrong spellings. Even after sending multiple emails and calling up multiple times this FRAUD company didn't bother to acknowledge and reply back. Where is the code for Google map integration which you said would take time?? You people are sitting just to trap customers and eat our money!!
