1) Every language curriculum is designed in levels of learning and that is the right way to learn and analyse our knowledge .
Japanese language curriculum is designed and planned into 5 levels of learning from Beginners to advance level by the Japanese Government prospects named as JLPT levels (Japanese Language Proficiency test)
N5 is basic - N1 is advance
JLPT exams are held twice an year in July and December and each level needs 5-6 months to prepare for efficiently.
Therefore , to learn Japanese level one needs 2-3 years to master ( one can find a good job after doing N3)
2) There are many private institutes , private teachers .
Language also taught in Universities . ( DU and JNU)
Depends on the time one can devote ,the person opts for an institute or university.
Detailed literature and history of Japan is taught in Universities.
3)Worth is parallel to the background you are already into.
There are many career opportunities.
Amongst all foreign languages , Japanese language is best in scope in India.
4) Out of 3 scripts ,Kanjis are the most Difficult in the language.
It is recommended to practice spoken skills from the very beginning . This is the key to find a good job easily and obviously Kanjis and Grammar will take hold with time too.
Thank You
