Japanese language curriculum is designed and planned into 5 levels of learning from Beginners to advance level by the Japanese Government prospects named as JLPT levels (Japanese Language Proficiency test)

N5 is basic - N1 is advance

JLPT exams are held twice an year in July and December and each level needs 5-6 months to prepare for efficiently.

Therefore , to learn Japanese level one needs 2-3 years to master ( one can find a good job after doing N3)

Depends on the time one can devote ,the person opts for an institute or university.

Detailed literature and history of Japan is taught in Universities.

3)Worth is parallel to the background you are already into.

There are many career opportunities.

Amongst all foreign languages , Japanese language is best in scope in India.
