"While I won't say I'm an expert at writing formula, I generally get by with some concoction or the other at work. But conditional formatting is something I have stayed away from, and now I feel much more confident using it. The other Excel beast I needed to conquer was Pivot Tables. Lal Babu's lessons have simplified it and shown the potential that pictures (or colors in this case) can have on visualizing data, and pivot tables manipulations can have on representing data. Now I have a resource to fall back to whenever I want a refresher. Thank you so much. "
