Yes, you are right but not in all the cases. Spoken skills are improvised once you start communicating and catch hold of the words in the sentence. You can recite the words and start using them in your conversation as applicable. Grammar holds the relation of your conveyance. The only thing in Spoken English has enunciated the word repeatedly. Grab its essence, and that's all it will be an easy tongue twister. It is 'Listen/Read, Enunciate and Talk'.
