Is 319 a good GRE score for an MS in electrical engineering?

Yes, its good score. If you have 6.5/7.0 IELTS, you can apply for Natioanl ranked Universities.

The University may not reveal or mention exact GRE score requirement for master programs. But you can understand their requirements by observing the previous year admitted student profiles. As per our understanding the average GRE score is 316, CGPA 8 and if a student has work experience it is added advantage.

Please understand that other parameters like Extracurricular activities/Projects/Internships play a major role in the admission process.
