GRE is not mandatory for TUM but recommended. TOEFL requirement is 88+. When it comes to CGPA requirements, it depends on the university where you are graduating from. Because each and every university has its own calculations in terms of CGPA. So please have an expert guidance before you proceed with the application to TUM.

The University may not reveal or mention exact GRE score requirement for master programs. But you can understand their requirements by observing the previous year admitted student profiles. As per our understanding the average GRE score is 316, CGPA 8 and if a student has work experience it is added advantage.
Please understand that other parameters like Extracurricular activities/Projects/Internships play a major role in the admission process.

Yes, you can, but again it depends on the country and the university where you would like to do your PhD. Requirements will differ from University to University, hence we suggest you to finalise the colleges and universities then research about the requirements of the University for your program.
