I have 6+ years of experience in IAM(User Administration). Recently I have moved to SAP OCC monitoring role. Is this the right time to learn SAP basis or I am planning to go with service Now developing which is related to my previous role. Kindly help with your suggestion which is really appreciate. Hi Sai, SAP is an ERP and knowing ERP is a very best thing always. As are already aware of the service now developing, learn SAP and understand the SAP OCC monitoring. Make sure to learn the ERP in production systems. You can learn SAP basis in online tutorials also, but get training in some SAP module... ...more
