It requires reinforcement, seeking feedback, and a million other things that I had never thought of. My typical lesson planning would go something like this. Look over my feedback sheets to decide what I was going to teach. Run through the processes I was going to teach on my own device to see how it works and to try and identify trouble spots. Do additional research to see if I missed any features that I would want to include.
