During music composition of such scripts, we mainly look into the theme on which the song has been scripted and based on the feel of the script, we match the particlar raag which can actually add-on to the meaning of the song. read less

I would say, u need to have knowledge of music and being a good rasika of music is more than enough to learn any instrument. Bcz if one is passionate and dedicated , that's higher than knowledge.
