Evaporation is the process of a liquid turning into gas due to absorption of heat. factors affecting evaporation are: Temperature Surface area of the liquid exposed to the atmosphere Wind speed and Humidity.

2x+3y =8 Put x=0 , 0+ 3y =8 or y = 8/3 Put x= 1, 2(1) + 3y = 8 2+3y =8 3y =6 y=2 Put y=0 2x+ 3(0) = x = 4 Put y = 4 2X + 3(4) = 8 2x = -4 X = -2

Show that x = 2 and y = 1 satisfy the linear equation 2x 3y = 7.

Substitute the value of X=2 and Y = 1 in the equation 2x+3y =7 2(2) + 3(1) = 7 7=7 Hence verified.
