What is fitness?

Fitness is a concept loosely based upon the muscle mass of an individual. The principal theory states that Fitness is directly proportional to muscle mass and inversely proportional to fat percentage in a body.

Yoga is among the 6 principal philosophical schools of Ancient Indian philosophical studies. The one we usually know about is called Hatha Yoga, prevailed by Patanjali, Swami Svatmarama, Swami Muktibodhananda etc.
