I was trained under Ms Sangeeta for advanced English and she took great interest in ensuring I learnt the right way. I am an corporate employee and my KRA is client interaction and It is a requirement that i should be extremely good in my correspondence with customers and as I dealt with international clients my English required to be one notch higher.
