Hi Rohan, As your query itself is so crystal clear that you all prefer English songs, it should be western. However, it again depends on the genre you would like to perform, classical or pop. As u understand by your query that its pop then get trained yourself in western Rock n Pop syllabus.

If looking for Guitar only then go for Western Classical.. We should be forgetting that Guitar itself is a western instrument so.. It will help you progress in proper manner..
