Japanese Language

"I want to give zero star to their online japanese classes. Don't ever try to join this institute to learn japanese language. If you want to learn then go for established institutes like tsubomoi, misao etc. Big ben don't know how to manage classes, I am going through their classes and it's really frustrating. They are not giving any focus, especially in online classes. It's seriously waste of time and money. Jlpt exams have reading, vocabulary and listening sections. Big ben provide zero focus and practice sessions to improve reading, listening of students. They are just trying to complete chapters asap so that they can claim we have completed course. I escalated this issue multiple times to their management but no improvements. Even if you plan to attend their demo class then go with your friend who knows japanese. And he can give you right feedback how they have designed course, practice sessions etc. They have done zero planning on how classes/course should be designed, conducted. Please save your money and time. "

Chinese Language

"I worked here as Chinese Teacher, they took service for few months and post that they terminated me by just sending a mail at midnight and mentioned that you will get the salary for the month you were working here, however till now they didn't pay me for one month salary, I am following up with them but no response. Someone mentioned them as #Cheater, certainly it's true, they are not even professionals at all, they are just concerned with the money. "

"It's a nightmare, I registered my son for french classes in June, they failed to deliver the teacher, after the teacher was assigned she told me that it was a group class, whereas we signed up for a personal class. The teacher took 3 sessions in 1.5months of time and was not available for most of the time. Now, when I ask for a refund the lady who use to call me each day for registration says it's not my department and I am not the concerned person. I am legally and rightfully asking for the refund of money for which service was never provided. Dont ever register for this institute. They are hardly care once you pay the money. "

"I have enrolled in big ben school for the german language course. Initially, I was skeptical to take up online classes would be effective but all this changed after taking classes with shubani maam. Shubani ma'am is very supportive and understanding. She has a vast knowledge of the german language and explains all things very nicely she clears all my doubts and also takes interest in the student's growth in terms of understanding the language better I strongly recommend big ben school for the german language. "I am really thankful to big ben foreign language school for providing me a wonderful tutor, Munavath Ramulu Nayak. I was searching for searching for swedish classes in morning hours like 3am. My tutor used to wake me up at 3am and used to take class. I am grateful to my tutor,his way of approach and method of teaching is excellent. He teaches with lots of enthusiasm,examples and makes us pratice a lot. Currently i am pursuing A1 course and i am very confident that i will be fluent in the language very soon.
