I teach yoga for weight loss which includes pranayama, surya namaskar, vinyasa,dhyana, yoga nidra and kriyas. You will be amazed with the different styles of yoga we put into practice like wall yoga, chair yoga, yoga with strap help, animal flow and many more. Along with yoga I will be sharing personalised Diet plan for interested students for early and better results.

My class focuses on toning the body, building strength, increasing flexibility and mobility. I have helped people reverse lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, PCOS/PCOD,migrane etc with diet and Yoga.
