I primarily use music as a therapy tool. Certain frequencies and sounds can calm our minds and help us center ourselves and connect to the divine.
Apart from being an audio engineer & music producer, I have been a mindfulness practitioner for more than 4 years. I have learned Vipassana meditation from Shri S.N. Goenka.
The practice is about aligning your 7 chakras by using certain consonants, sounds, and frequencies. Many people have gained benefits, transformed their lives, have fought and overcome deadly diseases & habit patterns from this practice. I hope this meditation practice reaches everyone and makes all beings auspicious, prosperous and peaceful.
First, we start with the breadth-watching exercise, which I have learned from Eckhart Tolle. This makes the mind focused and attentive.
Once this is practiced enough and the mind becomes sharp enough, then I teach the special Music/Sound Meditation for aligning our chakras. I use my own self-produced sounds for this. Only my students (both current & past) have access to these sounds.
Along with the practice, I also explain the theory behind the meditation practice. This is a very logical and scientific method for healing and becoming the best version of yourself in both the material and non-material world.
