Course Description: Practical 8 hours session on women self-defence combining the best practical, usable techniques of traditional martial arts like Iaijutsu, Goju-Ryu & Aikijujutsu. Participants do not need any martial arts background. Unlike the One-Time Course, this program is designed to develop one's natural reflexes and instincts during a confrontation.
Objective: To be able to empower women in self-defence and safety.

II. Hand Defence Techniques
a. Kinds of Jabs and their uses
b. Punching the proper way

d. Use of elbow to injure opponent.
e. Use of hands, fingers and nails to injure opponent.
III. Leg Defence Techniques
a. Simple kicks and their uses
i. Front kick
ii. Low kick
b. Keeping Balance
i. During a struggle
ii. Before delivering an attack.
IV. Combination Techniques for Situational Defence
a. Grabbing from the back and Front
b. When confronted with a weapon
c. When pinned to the ground
d. When strangled
