We are providing self defense techniques including basic of karate, kungfu, kalari. It includes warm up training, stretching, flexibility exercise,hand power work out, leg power work out, core strengthening and concentration improving techniques. We will provide high quality training so the student can defend with empty hand also provides basic level weapons training. We will teach basic punches blocks and kicks also single and group combat techniques.They will get real fighting experience , we will incorporate punching pads and punching bags to enable hard hitting practice. We will make students to perform various kinds of push ups and pull ups. We will focus on their discipline and concentration. We will advice them to have healthy routine and diet. So the student will have physical and mental transformation. We will also render legitimate certificate for the student once he/ she passes the test. We are also training to them to participate in state/ national level tournaments.
