- 60 min workout a day.
- 5 days/weak for weight loss and 4 days/weak for weight gain.
- For one on one class - new diet plan every 15th day with daily follow up.
- For group class - max 4 person per class and new diet plan every month
- With best easiest diet plan according to your BMI.
