I am good in all 4 strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) and well equipped with proper training for all age groups. I am Certified Nutritionist and Coach with multiple health care and sports. We can work on your speed, agility, strength and Cardiorespiratory systems. Also we will carrying you with multiple water activities as you will be able to train urself in a proper manner. This course will teach you proper breathing techniques and to hold ur breath inside the water. The more you hold your breath more you will be sustain your body in water. Yes, it will take years of practice but if you have clear your basics with Swimming then you will be able to stand, dive, swim and jump in the water. Lastly be very patient in water and make yourself prepare for this activity. If you are willing to learn then i am ready to share this knowledge.
