As students progress, they learn fundamental strokes such as freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, emphasizing proper form and breathing techniques.
Advanced swimmers refine their techniques, improve their endurance, and learn competitive skills like flip turns and diving turns. Classes incorporate a mix of drills, lap swimming, and timed exercises to build strength and stamina.
Instruction is personalized, with experience coach providing one-on-one feedback and adjustments.
