This class focuses to give knowled to yoga and their wellness as for better health for physically, mentally and spiritually. A true Yog Knowledge is been given. A better human being for the oneness and towards society. Yoga Therapy will help them to cure any kind of disease and Meditation will help to make them peaceful and reduce mental health problems. Pranayam will remove all the pranic deplition in the body. Asans, Power yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga will provied better physical health. Yoga Philosophy will help them to have a true knowledge on Yog. Shatkarm will purify the blockages in the body.
Students will leave the class with positive mindset and a peaceful nature within them.
Students are requierd to bring Yoga mat, watter bottle, towel, blocks (optional), Belt (optional).
