I took up yoga at an early age & performed as demonstrator on international day of yoga at dr, shyama prasad mukherjee, swimming pool complex, new delhi in 2019. I am nominated as yoga instructor by morarji desai institute of yoga for conducting yoga classes at "Itbp complex ,tihar" for itbp jawans in 2019. Teaching experience 1year7months , offline as well as online classes , group classes & 1-1/ private classes .
